Terms of Service

          Pick-up/ Delivery

All services provided by the Bleu Pile will include free transportation of your items to and from a scheduled pre-determined location set by you the client. It is clients responsibility to be sure someone is available at the scheduled pick-up and drop of location at time of arrivals. Should you fail to have a pre-nrecipient at time of pre-determined delivery, client will be responsible for re-scheduling the next available delivery time. This may result in additional fees. The Bleu Pile will not be responsible for items left unattended in any event prior to a signed log for retrieval and after signed client receiving.  The Bleu Pile requires a 24hr notice for any necessary changes regarding your Delivery and or Laundry Care.

Order Procedure

 Once you've decided the size bag you need and the amount of bags you'll need. Choose whether  or not your laundry will need "Spot treatment" or not. Place your order via email or phone call. Item inventory and inspection will be done before and after wash & dry cycle. Client is responsible for doing the same prior to pick-up and after drop off. Any discrepancies should be addressed within a 24hr period of delivery. Failure to do so means Client assumes all liability.  Because we aim for flexibility, our clients have the option of paying by cash , credit card or company checks. (No personal checks) Pay

The Bleu Pile reserve the right to decline service to any company that does not comply with terms and conditions within legal expectations.

The Bleu Pile also reserves the rights to reject any submitted items that may be considered beyond usual soiled conditions. These are selected items that if treated by us can still be considered "unclean/ permanently stained/ in treatable" Or may create damage/ destruction to other items inside the wash/dry cycle or the actual machines. These items will be returned with indication for having "Not Been Serviced" And NO Special Price regulations will be charged, applied or deducted for such item(s). 

Garment Care

Customer agrees not to include any of the following items inside their laundry bag :-

Non- Washable Items.

 Items Labeled "DRY CLEAN ONLY."

Items that have been exposed to Bed Bugs. Items soiled by toxic/ hazardous chemicals. Personal items. Items not meant to wash or dry.
